Result
Just 2 days after the cascade launch, Ahrefs detected the first backlinks. In the first month, DR grew from 0 to 2. The site started indexing better — more pages got indexed. Organic traffic hasn't shown significant growth yet, but the site began appearing in Perplexity AI answers for queries like "Asian sauces Ukraine." The backlink foundation is in place — we expect ranking improvements in the coming months.

Result
New links appeared in Search Console just the next day after launch. DR grew from 2 to 6 in 2 months. Several target queries moved from positions 80+ to 40–60. Noticeable referral traffic from published articles. The site also started being mentioned in Bing Copilot responses when searching for labs in the region. Organic traffic is growing slowly — expected for the medical niche.
