Link indexing: how we ensure publications get indexed in Google

A link that is not indexed does not pass weight. Therefore, indexing publications is not a 'bonus', but part of the cascade: we send each 1–2 level publication for forced indexing and check its status in search ourselves.

Data is updated automatically. Indexing is a process that takes weeks: the same link is checked multiple times, and the chart is updated as pages get indexed.

Mechanics revised: what changed in July 2026

We radically restructured the indexing process — from 'sent and hoped' to a managed cycle with feedback:

Own check instead of taking it on trust. The status of each 1–2 level publication is confirmed by our own check in Google search results — not by a third-party service report.

Measurement of indexability for each site. For each site in the catalog, its own statistics are accumulated: what share of its publications actually gets indexed.

Rotation with priority for the best. Measurements directly influence the choice of sites for placement: better indexed — more often you receive publications.

Catalog cleanup. Sites whose publications do not get indexed are disabled: 11 were removed from rotation in July.

Priority queue with retries. The priority indexing option sends the link to a fast track and retries up to three times.

How it works

Submission for indexing. Each successful publication of level 1–2 goes to the forced indexing service immediately after placement. Level 3 is auxiliary signals, its task is to support the indexing of upper levels.

Own verification. We don't take services at their word: the system checks the presence of each link in Google's results and repeats the check at intervals, as pages enter the index gradually.

Honest flag in the report. The indexing status is visible for each link in the report and in the project's 'Pulse'. You see the fact, not a promise.

Site rotation by indexability

We measure the degree of indexing for each site separately: how many of its publications actually reached Google's index according to our own checks. These measurements directly participate in rotation — sites that index better receive priority in placement. We disable sites whose publications do not get indexed: in July, based on the audit results, 11 sites with zero indexability were removed from rotation.

Priority indexation

When launching a cascade, you can enable priority indexing: links go to the priority queue immediately after publication, and up to three retries are performed for each. In our observations, this significantly increases the likelihood of getting indexed and reduces the waiting time.

We consciously do not promise exact timelines: the decision to include a page in the index always remains with Google, and no service can guarantee it. We manage what is truly in our hands — the speed of submission, retries, and the selection of sites that index better.

We do not promise '100% indexing' — no one fulfills such promises. Instead, we show the fact: the status of each link in the report, live statistics on this page, and the dynamics of your project in the 'Pulse'. If a metric can be measured — we measure it and show it as it is.
