Can I withdraw money from the balance
Short answer: the platform does not withdraw money from the balance. The balance is an internal account for paying for services, not a wallet. Below is what can and cannot be done to avoid surprises.
What can be done
- Spend on any services: cascades, Rank Tracker, SEO Audit, Shield, paid indexing, Pro subscription.
- Accumulate: funds do not expire and have no time limit.
- Transfer referral accruals from the partner wallet to the main balance — with one button in the partner program section.
What cannot be done
- Withdraw to a card, crypto wallet, or PayPal — such an operation is not available on the platform.
- Transfer the balance to another account.
- Exchange bonus accruals for money: bonuses can only be spent within the service.
Partner accruals
A percentage is accrued in the partner program — by default 15% — from the spending of invited users, not from their top-ups. The money goes into the partner wallet and is transferred to the main balance, where it works like regular funds. Details and conditions are in the article about the partner program.
If money was credited by mistake
Double top-up, payment to the wrong account, payment after the account has expired — all of this is handled by support. Write with the amount, date, and payment reference: typical cases and what to attach are listed in the article “Paid, but the balance was not topped up”.
What counts as an expense
| Operation | Deducted from balance |
|---|---|
| Launching a cascade | Yes, at the moment of confirmation |
| Checking positions in Rank Tracker | Yes, according to the service's pricing |
| Full technical audit | Yes, prepaid according to the site size estimate |
| Security check in Shield | Yes, with automatic refund if the check did not take place |
| Paid indexing of pages | Yes, with a refund for unindexed addresses |
| Free catalog tools | No |
Budget planning
Since funds are spent only internally, topping up “for reserve” makes sense only as much as you plan to spend. The budget strategy helps: it will break down the amount by pages and show what the stated budget will actually yield.
