Telegram: connection and what comes there
Telegram is needed not for marketing, but for speed: notifications about the completion of launches, payment credits, and balance come there faster than emails and do not end up in spam. Currently, the bot is connected by about every sixth user — most simply do not know about this possibility.
How to connect
- Open the profile settings in the cabinet.
- Click on connect Telegram — the service will generate a one-time binding code.
- Go to the bot and send this code.
- Return to the settings: your account and the notification switch will appear there.
The code is one-time and lives for a limited time. If you didn't make it in time — request a new one, the old one will no longer work.
What comes to Telegram

The same events go to Telegram as in the cabinet feed, if they are enabled in the notification settings. Notifications "Position check completed" after each check are no longer there — instead, a message about keys entering the top-10 comes. Report emails (Radar, cascade results, weekly position report) come only to email.
How to unbind
There, in the profile settings, there is an option to disconnect. After that, the bot stops writing, and the binding code is canceled. You can reconnect at any time with a new code.
Frequently asked questions
- The bot does not respond to the code. Check that you are sending exactly the code and to the bot whose link is given in the settings.
- The code does not work. It has probably expired — request a new one.
- Messages have stopped coming. Check the notification switch and make sure you haven't blocked the bot.
- Can I bind two Telegram accounts? No, one account per profile.
Security of binding
The binding code is one-time and short-lived precisely because it gives access to notifications of your account. Do not forward it to anyone: support staff will never ask for this code, just as they will not ask for your password or two-factor verification code. Telegram instead of email, not in addition to it
Many important events, such as balance replenishment and completion of promotion, come by email as well, so connecting the bot does not replace checking your inbox — it speeds up the response. If your email is working and emails sometimes end up in spam, Telegram turns out to be the only channel that will definitely reach you; this is exactly what it is needed for.
