Notifications: Types and Where They Are Sent

Account and security 4 min read Updated 27.07.2026
Four channels: dashboard feed, email, Telegram, and push. A complete list of events, what each channel needs, and what to check if notifications stop coming.

The platform reports events through four channels: in the dashboard, via email, in Telegram, and push notifications in the mobile app. Each type of event is configured separately.

Where to Configure

PromoPilot Notification Settings: Event Types and Delivery Channels
Notification settings: each type of event is enabled separately

What Events Exist

GroupEvents
Balance and PaymentsBalance replenishment, promotion charges, other deductions, token exchange
PromotionCascade completed, promotion tasks completed, report will be deleted soon
ServicesAudit completed, position check completed
Affiliate ProgramNew referral, referral credit, referral unlinked
News and PromotionsAnnouncements of features and replenishment promotions
Notification of report deletion arrives in advance
Reports are stored for a limited time. The system warns one week and one day before deletion, so you have time to download what you need. Pro subscribers have a significantly longer storage period.

Channels

  • In the Dashboard — bell icon in the header, feed of recent events.
  • Email — requires a confirmed address.
  • Telegram — requires linking, see account security.
  • Push — mobile app, enabled on first launch.

How to Unsubscribe from Newsletters

Service notifications (deductions, cascade completions) and marketing newsletters are separated. You can unsubscribe from news using the link in the email or the toggle in settings — this does not affect service messages.

One Setting per Event, Not per Channel

The toggle in settings controls not the channel, but the event. If you turn off "Promotion Charge," this event will stop being sent via email, Telegram, and push notification simultaneously. It is not possible to separate so that money notifications only go to email, and cascade completions only to Telegram.

The dashboard feed is not dependent on the toggles: it remains a complete log of events, even if external channels are disabled.

What Each Channel Needs

ChannelWhat is Needed for OperationWhat to Consider
Dashboard FeedNothing, always worksBell icon with unread counter
EmailCorrect address in profileThe address should be confirmed: this condition is also required for some bonuses
TelegramBot connected by the platform and account linkedThere is a general toggle for Telegram notifications and a test message button
PushInstalled app and permission for notificationsPressing the push opens the required screen: report, project, audit, or position check

When Each Channel is More Convenient

  • One or two of your own projects. The feed and email are enough: events are rare, immediate reaction is not needed.
  • Working with clients. Telegram: deductions and cascade completions are visible immediately.
  • Often away from the computer. Push is the fastest channel, opens the required screen with a tap.
  • Don’t want noise. Turn off "Completed Promotion Tasks": during a large launch, this is the most frequent event.
It’s better not to disable one event
The warning "Report will be deleted soon" is the only one that informs that data will soon become unavailable: it arrives 7 and 1 day in advance. What is included in the report is detailed in the article report and statuses, regarding the extended storage period — in the article Pro subscription.

If Notifications Are Not Coming

  1. Check in settings if the event itself is enabled: a switched-off toggle disables all external channels at once.
  2. Email: check the "Spam" folder and the address in the profile, confirm it if it is not confirmed yet.
  3. Telegram: ensure the account is linked and the general toggle is on, send yourself a test message.
  4. Push: check the permission in the phone's system settings. Logging back into the app re-registers the device.
  5. If the event is not in any channel and not in the feed, it likely just did not occur — check the report.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can different events be directed to different channels? No. The setting works at the event level: an enabled event goes to all connected channels at once.

Do notifications about affiliate credits come? Yes: new referral, credit, and unlinked referral are separate events, see affiliate program.

Where to configure notifications from the phone? The same toggles are available in the app, where Telegram is also linked — see mobile app.

FAQ

Can I unsubscribe only from promotional emails?
Yes, service notifications and marketing newsletters are separated — unsubscribing from news does not affect messages about deductions and cascade completions.
Why are emails not coming?
Most likely, the email address is not confirmed. Check the status in your account settings.
