White-label: reports under your brand
White-label replaces our branding with yours in reports and exports. The client sees the document from your agency, not from PromoPilot. This feature is available to Pro subscribers.
What can be configured

- Logo — inserted in the header of reports and PDFs.
- Company name — replaces mentions of the platform.
- Brand color — accents in the document.
- Footer text — contacts or agency disclaimer.
Where it is applied
The brand is applied in the promotion launch report: both in the web version shared with the client and in the PDF. The same settings are used by the public API — the launch report returns your branding block, and the PDF is generated already formatted. There is no need to set a brand separately for the API; it is one per account. More about integration can be found in the article public API.
How to enable
- Subscribe to Pro — see what Pro offers.
- Open "Settings" and the White-label section.
- Upload the logo, specify the name, color, and footer text.
- Generate any report and check how it looks for the client.
What fields are available and where they go
| Field | Where it goes | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Company name | Header of the report instead of mentioning the platform | Required: without it, branding is not enabled |
| Logo | Header of the report and PDF | Direct link to the image, accessible externally |
| Website | Next to the company name | Address with http:// or https:// |
| E-mail, phone, address | Contact block of the document | Free text |
| Footer text | Bottom of the report | Copyright, disclaimer, or terms of service |
| Brand color | Accents and headings | HEX code, e.g., #6366f1 |
Who needs this
- Agencies and studios. The cascade report becomes part of your reporting to the client, not a document from a third-party service.
- Freelancers. A neat document with contacts often works better than a table in correspondence.
- Those who feed data into their system. Through the API, the report comes already branded, and it can be immediately placed in the client cabinet or CRM.
If the brand did not appear in the report
- Check if the Pro subscription is active right now: the term may have expired.
- Make sure the company name is filled in — this is the only required field.
- Check the logo link: it must be a correct address to the image itself and open in the browser without authorization.
- Check the brand color: it is accepted only in HEX code format.
- Open the report again — the design is applied upon opening, not stored inside the old document.
Frequently asked questions
Will the client see that the report was made in PromoPilot? The document's design will be yours, but the report page lives on the platform's domain. The appearance changes, not the address.
Can I set a different brand for different clients? No, the brand is one per account. Separate accounts are needed for multiple brands.
Do the data inside the report change? No. Platforms, links, and verification statuses remain the same as in the standard report — see report and statuses.
