Monthly Cashback 3/5/7%: Thresholds, Payout and Where to See It
PromoPilot cashback is calculated on what you spend on promotion, not on what you top up. If you spend $50 or more on cascade launches in a calendar month, we return 3% of the whole month’s total; from $300 it is 5%, from $1,000 it is 7%. The money lands on your main balance automatically on the 1st of the next month. Cashback started in October 2026, so the first payout is for October, on 1 November.
Thresholds and calculation
| Promotion spend in a month | Rate | Payout example |
|---|---|---|
| under $50 | 0% | $49 → $0 |
| from $50 | 3% | $120 → $3.60 |
| from $300 | 5% | $320 → $16.00 |
| from $1,000 | 7% | $1,000 → $70.00 |
The rate is chosen by the month’s final total and applied to the whole amount, not just the part above a threshold. Crossing a threshold therefore re-prices everything already spent: at $299 you get 3% ($8.97), at $300 you get 5% ($15.00). Every month starts from zero.
What counts as spend
- Counted: promotion launches (cascades), including those scheduled by the autopilot and Radar. The month is set by the launch’s start day.
- Not counted: failed and cancelled launches, and every other service: turbo indexing, SEO Audit, Shield, position checks, the Pro subscription.
- The amount actually charged for the launch is what counts.
Where it goes and what it can buy
Cashback is credited to the main balance like any bonus and can be spent on any platform service. Like other bonuses it cannot be withdrawn as cash; see “Can I withdraw money from the balance”. In the balance history it appears as a separate line.
How cashback differs from the $15 + 1:1 bonus quota
Most one-time bonuses have a ceiling called the bonus quota: $15 plus $1 for every $1 of real top-ups. While the quota lasts, bonuses are credited; once it runs out, a bonus is not lost, it waits for your next top-up. Details are in “Bonuses and Top-Up Promotions”.
Cashback is outside the quota: it neither uses it up nor is blocked by it. This is deliberate: cashback is a share of money you already paid for promotion, so it cannot be an “empty” bonus. Invitation bonuses, login streaks and reviews work the same way.
App and extension bonuses
A separate set of one-time bonuses rewards using the mobile app and the Chrome extension. All of them need at least one project in the account.
| Bonus | Condition | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile app | install the app and sign in; one phone, one bonus | $3 |
| App notifications | allow push notifications | $2 |
| A week with the app | open the app on at least 5 different days within a week | $5 |
| Chrome extension | install it, sign in and check any page | $2 |
| SEO scout | check 10 different sites with the extension | $5 |
Unlike cashback, these five go through the bonus quota: if the limit is used up, the credit waits for your next top-up.
A sixth bonus is called “Whole ecosystem”: use the app and the extension and connect the Telegram bot. The reward is one month of Pro. If Pro is already active, it is extended by a month at no charge.
Where to see it in your account
- Open “Bonuses” and find the “Promotion cashback” card: it shows the expected payout for the current month, the rate and how much is left to the next threshold.
- Below the card is the history of paid cashback: month, spend, rate and amount credited.
- On the dashboard a cashback line appears once there has been promotion spend this month.
- When you launch a cascade or a Radar plan, a hint shows how much cashback that particular launch will earn.
The card’s figures are a forecast for the current month: the final amount depends on launches you make before the month ends.
Limits
- There is no cashback on top-ups, only on promotion spend.
- It is paid once a month, not instantly.
- Counting follows the calendar month; nothing carries over.
- We may change the programme; the current thresholds are always shown on the bonus card.
