What Money Is Deducted For: Complete List
To avoid surprises in your balance, it is useful to see the complete list of what the service charges for. All deductions come from the balance, are one-time and based on actual operations — there is no subscription fee for using the cabinet.

How Position Checks Are Calculated
Each key check in each region and on each device is a separate check. You pay for the search result pages that are actually received: the deeper the tracking (top-30, top-100), the more pages may be needed, but if the site is found earlier, the results are not scrolled further. Our repeated requests in case of failures are not included in the price.
- Failed checks are not charged. We repeat them ourselves — immediately and then once an hour throughout the day, free for you.
- Balance is checked before each request. If there is not enough money for the entire depth, as many pages as can be paid for are checked. If there is not enough even for one page, the check does not start. If the auto-check did not complete due to balance issues, a notification “Auto-check of positions stopped: insufficient balance” is sent; after replenishment, unverified keys are checked within 20 hours after the scheduled check.
- We warn in advance. When the balance is less than enough for 3 days of auto-checks, a notification is sent to the cabinet and an email (no more than once every 3 days).

How Audits Are Calculated
The free express check of the site costs nothing. The full audit is paid once at launch at a fixed price, which depends on the size of the site; if the site turns out to be smaller than estimated, the difference is returned to the balance. Speed checks and Core Web Vitals and visibility checks in AI search are included in the audit and are not paid separately. Paid add-ons are only if you selected them: rechecking a separate page from the report (the price is indicated on the button) and bypassing pages beyond the paid volume, if you enabled it.
What Is NOT Deducted
- For registration, project creation, and data storage.
- For free tools within limits.
- For free indexing checks via Search Console.
- For viewing reports, “Pulse,” and Radar.
- For reallocation of slots within an already paid launch.
- For failed position checks and our repeats in case of failures.
- For the “Competitors in the results” block in the position tracker: it is built based on already completed checks.
- For express checks in SEO Audit and monthly rechecks of the site for active clients.
- For report emails: Radar, cascade results, weekly position report.
Where to View Deductions
In the operation history of the balance: there you can see the date, amount, and purpose of each line. If a line is unclear — check by date with launches and orders, usually this is enough. Interface breakdown — balance: replenishment and deductions.
How to Avoid Unnecessary Spending
- Keep the autopilot off until you understand the expenses — see Radar autopilot.
- Check the page before launching: money is deducted regardless of whether it is ready.
- Do not duplicate paid indexing where it is already included in the cascade.
Why the Launch Price Is Known in Advance
The cost of the cascade is calculated before the button is pressed and is shown in full: there are no additional payments during execution. If the platform refused and the slot is reallocated, this happens at our expense within the already paid amount. This is a conscious decision — otherwise, the final bill would depend on how third-party services behaved.
If There Was Not Enough Balance on Launch Day
The planned cascade from Radar or autopilot does not start on credit: it is postponed for a day, and you receive a notification “Cascade is waiting for balance replenishment.” After replenishment, it starts within a day. If there is no money for 14 consecutive days, the cascade is canceled — and nothing is deducted.
What Happens Upon Cancellation
A paid launch can be stopped, but the already completed part of the work is not returned: articles are written, publications are placed, money for them is spent. There is no automatic refund for promotion, and we state this clearly — a complete list of what we do not promise is collected in a separate article.
