How to Create a Project
A project is your website within the platform. It sets the context: language, region, and theme, according to which the AI writes texts, and the system selects platforms. One website equals one project, and there can be as many pages inside as needed.
What to Specify When Creating
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Website Address | Defines the project's domain. Links can only be added to this domain. |
| Name and Description | The description provides context for the AI — the more accurate, the more relevant the texts. |
| Page Language | Publications will be written in this language. |
| Region | Affects the selection of platforms for the desired market. |
| Theme | Helps choose platforms where your theme is relevant. |
| Global Wish | Default instructions for the AI: tone, style, limitations. See anchors and wishes. |
What is Mandatory and What Can Be Left Blank
The form will not allow you to save the project without two fields — the website address and the name. Everything else can be filled in later in the project settings.
| Field | Mandatory | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Website Address | Yes | A correct URL with a scheme is needed, for example, https://example.com |
| Name | Yes | Short, up to 20 characters — this is the project label in the cabinet, not the website title |
| Description | No | But it gives context to the AI, so it's better not to leave it blank |
| Language | No | If not selected, the language will be determined automatically by the page content |
| Region and Theme | No | If not selected, the first value from the list will be used, so it's better to check |
| Global Wish | No | Applies to all publications of the project until overridden for a specific link |
www. If the domain for some reason was not saved, it will be fixed by the first added page. After that, the system will only accept links from this domain — this is a protection against accidentally promoting someone else's website.Automatic Page Parsing
When adding a website, the platform automatically opens it, determines the name, language, and creates a brief description. All this can be corrected manually — automation simply saves you from filling in fields from scratch.
The two free fields — project description and global wish — are almost the entire brief that the AI receives. “Shoe store” and “handmade shoe store from Italy, average check above market, write restrained, without the words 'cheap' and 'discount'” give noticeably different texts. Brand restrictions should also be listed right away — otherwise, they will have to be cleaned up in each publication.
How Many Projects to Create
One per website. If you are promoting several client websites, create separate projects: this way, each will have its own “Pulse,” its own launch history, and its own reports.
Bulk Page Addition
In addition to a single address, the “Add Link” button accepts a list of addresses and a sitemap.xml file. Another way is to import from Google Search Console: the platform will show your pages with impressions and positions, and you will mark the necessary ones.
What to Do Immediately After Creation
- Check the Language and Region — they are filled in automatically and do not always guess a multilingual site.
- Complete the Description, if the automatic parsing gave too general a text.
- Add Pages that really need to be promoted — how to choose is discussed in the article “Which Page to Choose”.
- Connect Search Console — without it, search metrics will not work: how to connect.
- Launch the First Cascade — step-by-step instructions.
Common Mistakes
- “Link is not added, says about the domain” — the address does not match the project domain. Subdomains and other domains are considered foreign: a separate project is needed for them.
- “Name does not fit” — the field is designed for a short label; a long brand name is better placed in the description.
- “Texts are not in the right language” — the language is taken from the project settings. For a bilingual site, create separate projects for different language versions.
- “One project for all client sites” — this will mix statistics and “Pulse,” and the domain will still remain one. More about metrics — what is “Pulse”.
- “Import from Search Console showed nothing” — either access is not connected, or the pages have no impressions for the selected period yet.
