What Is New in PromoPilot: Week of 17–24.10
Free page audit, PHP2Shell check in Shield, the threat feed, Authority and speed in Pulse, comparisons and the case map. Only what we verified on the live site.
In the week of 17–24 October PromoPilot added several things you can open and try right away: a free page audit, a Shield check for a new critical PHP vulnerability, Authority and speed figures in Pulse, comparison pages and a case map. Below is only what we verified on the live site, with direct links.
What is new
We picked the seven changes that help clients most. Each one says what it is, why it matters and where to find it.
Free Website SEO Audit
What it is. An instant audit of a single page right on the tool page, with no sign-up: a score from 0 to 100 and about 30 checks (meta tags, response time, security, content, links) with a list of what to fix first. A sample report on a real page is shown next to it.
Why it matters. You see where to start before launching promotion. The SEO Audit crawler still covers the whole site, while this audit looks at one page. Free runs have a daily limit, and it is higher for registered users.

Shield: PHP2Shell check and the threat feed
What it is. On 21 October PHP released an unscheduled update: two critical flaws in the interpreter itself (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619). Versions below 8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27 and 8.5.12 are affected, and branches 8.1 and older have no official fixes. Shield checks this for free: if the PHP version is visible in the headers and older than the patched one, the report shows a critical finding with CVE links. If the version is hidden (a good practice), it cannot be checked from outside, and Shield says plainly to ask your host. Next to it runs the threat feed: short write-ups of what happened, who is affected, and how to check and fix it. Each note says whether Shield checks it.
Why it matters. PHP has to be updated on your own server, so the sooner you hear about the problem, the better. The feed separates what is visible from outside from what you can only verify yourself.

PromoPilot Authority and site speed in Pulse
What it is. The project Pulse in the dashboard now shows PromoPilot Authority: a domain rating from 0 to 100 based on the open Common Crawl web graph. It updates about once a month, and new links appear with a delay of one to three months. Next to it you see real-user site speed from the Chrome UX Report.
Why it matters. This is our own calculation, not a Google score and not a third-party paid database, so watch the trend rather than a single number. It is handy for comparing before and after a cascade. Dashboard sections need a login.

Comparison pages
What it is. The comparison section has six pages: PromoPilot and Semrush, SEO Audit and Screaming Frog, Keyword Studio and Google Keyword Planner, PromoPilot and an agency, PromoPilot and Fiverr, PromoPilot and manual Web 2.0 posting. Each explains which jobs PromoPilot fits and which are better done with another tool.
Why it matters. Pick a tool for the job without overpaying for a subscription you do not need.

Tool catalog and video reviews
What it is. The catalog has more than 120 free tools, and you can filter the list with search. Tool pages now carry video reviews, for example the broken links checker. A pilot of Spanish and Portuguese tool versions is also running.
Why it matters. Find the right check faster and see in a video how to use it.

The "Where we work" map in case studies
What it is. The case studies page has three tabs: client countries, the markets the sites are promoted for, and "Result". The "Result" tab shows what share of projects grew in search according to Google data. We show shares, not absolute numbers, and the data is recalculated every day.
Why it matters. See real dynamics across projects instead of a few hand-picked wins. This is observed dynamics, not a guaranteed result.

Link building pages for niches
What it is. Separate pages describe cascading link placement for iGaming, SaaS and local business, with the specifics of each niche.
Why it matters. Check whether the approach fits your niche before you launch.

What is next
From the plans the team has confirmed:
- a note in Radar and Pulse that the Search Console data series changed in September 2025, plus a hint that Google reports on AI answers are not available through the API yet;
- a separate article on how Google updates and the retired num=100 parameter affect positions, and what PromoPilot does about it.
