Local link building: backlinks for the service pages that bring calls

For “service + city” searches, the results below the map are usually aggregators and directories with thousands of links, while the company site has almost none. PromoPilot publishes articles about your service on large platforms with a link to the right page, reinforces them with tiers 2 and 3 and verifies every link. You pay per page and get a report you can show the business owner.

  • From $30 per page
  • Tier-1 platforms: DR 73–96
  • Articles in your market’s language
  • White-label reports for studios (Pro)

Launch a cascade for a service page

You need the page URL and an anchor — your company name or “apartment movers Dubai”, for example.

  • a “service + city”, district or popular service page
  • price shown before paying, no subscription or contract
  • a report with every placement URL

How to launch

  1. Check the local SEO basics

Your Google Business Profile is complete, the address and phone on the site match it, and service pages load and get indexed.

  2. Pick a page and anchor

Start with a page already ranking 6–20. Anchor: the company name or “service + city”.

  3. Launch the cascade

The system publishes tier 1, then tiers 2–3 and crowd per the plan; progress is visible in the dashboard.

  4. Compare after 4–8 weeks

The page’s position and impressions in Search Console for 28 days before vs after — the way our case studies are measured.

Per-page pricing, no contract

Plans and unit prices come from the service settings, as on the pricing page.

A cascade vs other ways to get local links

Directories and local media are the foundation of a local profile; a cascade adds weight to specific pages.

Limits, honestly

  • It does not directly affect Google Maps or the local pack.
  • It does not guarantee rankings or calls — it guarantees placement volume and working links.
  • Articles go on large general-purpose platforms, not on local websites in your city.
  • Rank Tracker measures rankings by country, not by city.

Who it fits

  • Service companies: movers, repairs, clinics, lawyers, car services, delivery.
  • Sites with separate pages for cities and districts.
  • Web studios and agencies with local clients.

Maps and organic are different jobs

For a query with a city, Google shows a map block and regular results below it. The map is won by a complete business profile, reviews and proximity. The regular results are won by a relevant page with link weight. Many companies show in the map but are outranked by aggregators below it — that is the part a cascade addresses.

Why not just directories

Directories link to your homepage or business listing, not to a “service + city” page. They matter for trust in your address and phone, but they do not add weight to a specific page. A cascade points links straight at that page and reinforces them, so the two approaches complement each other.

One account, the whole SEO loop

Shared balance and single sign-on: a project moves from one service to the next with the domain already filled in.

FAQ

Will a cascade lift me in Google Maps?

Not directly, and we do not promise it. The map pack is driven by your Google Business Profile, reviews, category and distance to the searcher. A cascade works for the organic results below the map: service and city pages where aggregators and competitors rank.

Does a small local business even need links?

If aggregators and directories own the results in your city — yes: they have thousands of links while a company site often has none. If there is little competition, fix your site and business profile first; it is cheaper.

Which pages should I push?

The pages that bring calls: “service + city”, district pages and popular services. Best of all, the ones already ranking 6–20. The homepage rarely needs it — directory links already point there.

What language are the articles in?

In the project language — the language of the market you serve. If your site is bilingual, create two projects and push each language version separately.

How much and how soon?

The Basic plan is $30 per page, with no subscription. The report is usually ready in ~2 h (median), and ranking movement shows in 3–8 weeks. Rank Tracker shows rankings by country; it does not track individual cities.

I am a web studio with dozens of local clients

Keep each client as a separate project; on Pro, reports export under your logo and without our prices. Studios and agencies have separate terms — see the pages for web studios and SEO agencies.
