What We Do Not Promise
The list below is written so that you do not purchase a product under expectations that it does not fulfill. Each item is something we refuse to promise, even when asked directly.
We Do Not Promise Positions
Neither "top-3 in a month", nor "top-10 by a certain date", nor a specific percentage increase. Positions are determined by the search engine based on dozens of factors, most of which are beyond our influence. Anyone who guarantees a position is either taking a query for which you are already first or counting on the fact that you will not check.
We Do Not Promise 100% Indexing
Real shares are open: 44.4% at level one and 35.2% at level two. We influence the speed of submission, resubmissions, and selection of platforms — the decision to include in the index is made by Google.
We Do Not Promise Eternal Links
The platform may remove the publication or shut down. We check links and reallocate failed slots during the launch, but there is no lifetime warranty for placed links — neither from us nor from exchanges.
We Do Not Automatically Refund for Promotion
Let’s be clear, because this is a common misconception: there is no automatic refund for cascading in the platform. Instead of a refund, reallocation works — the cascade makes up the volume of verified links at our expense. Automatic refunds exist in two other places: in Shield and in paid page indexing, where unindexed URLs are returned to the balance.
We Do Not Edit Published Content
After publication, changing the text or anchor is generally not possible — platforms do not provide such access. Therefore, wishes and anchors are set before the launch: see “Can I delete or change a publication”.
We Do Not Call the Product “Google Approved”
This status does not exist. We discuss the formal side of the issue in the article “Is this link spam?”, and the risks in the article about sanctions.
How This Sounds in Practice
| Client Question | Our Answer |
|---|---|
| “Do you guarantee top-10?” | No. We will show the dynamics of the page before and after and compare it with neighboring ones. |
| “Will all links be dofollow?” | No. It is known which platforms pass weight, and priority takes this into account. |
| “Will the links be eternal?” | No. They will be verified at the time of the report and reallocated in case of failure. |
| “Will you refund if it does not grow?” | No. We will return the volume if there are not enough verified links — through reallocation. |
