PromoPilot turns one: what changed in a year, plus birthday gifts
The domain was registered on 4 October 2025 and the first user arrived on 6 October. In a year PromoPilot grew from one person's idea into a platform: cascades, crowd marketing, Rank Tracker, SEO Audit, Shield, SEO Radar, apps and an API. Here is what changed, and until 11 October we double a top-up with no limit.
The domain promopilot.link was registered on 4 October 2025, and on 6 October the site welcomed its first user. A year ago PromoPilot was one person's idea and a service that did one thing. Today it is a platform that has launched 743 cascades and placed more than 31,000 verified links in a single year. Here is what changed over twelve months, the numbers behind it, and our birthday gifts: until 11 October we double a top-up with no upper limit.
Where it started
The first version could do one thing: take a client's page, write articles for it and publish them on third-party platforms in tiers — what we call a cascade. The first cascade went live on 7 October 2025, the day after launch. The interface was Russian-only, there were only a handful of platforms, and the check that a link is still in place and open to indexing appeared in its current form much later.
Below is what grew out of that starting point, quarter by quarter. Dates come from our changelog.
What we built this year
Launch and the first languages
- Cascade promotion: tier-1 articles linking to the site and tier-2 posts that reinforce them.
- Automatic captcha solving on platforms and new publishing networks.
- An English version of the site, then Ukrainian and Polish — since December the interface runs in four languages.
Pro, tools, live chat
- Pro subscription, promo codes and a scheduler with the Natural Cascade mode.
- A set of free SEO tools — there are now more than 90 on the site.
- Support chat on the site, dark theme, a bonus system and the wheel of fortune.
- New platforms: WordPress.com, Tumblr, Dev.to and more.
Precision and standalone services
- The "exactly what you ordered" principle: every cascade tier is delivered in full, and only verified links make it into the report.
- Crowd marketing as part of a cascade.
- Rank Tracker for daily Google positions and SEO Audit for technical site audits.
- Index checks for placements and new payment methods.
Our busiest quarter
- Apps for iOS (July) and Android (September).
- Security Shield, a scanner for vulnerabilities and malicious code.
- A public REST API for developers and agencies.
- SEO Radar: finds pages close to the top using Search Console data and builds a strategy for them, plus Autopilot.
- Link "Pulse": every promoted page shows how its positions, clicks and Domain Rating move.
- A Chrome extension, an Indexing section and a knowledge base — now 195 articles in each of four languages.
- New PDF reports with charts, and real client reports in Case Studies, published with the clients' consent.
And already in October: the site chat got an AI consultant that answers questions about the service at any hour if we haven't replied ourselves.
The year in numbers
The trend says more than the totals. In October 2025 there were 47 cascade launches; in August 2026 there were 153 — more than three times as many. Over half of all launches this year happened in the last four months.
How quality improved
Comparing the first version with today's is hard: they are different products. But a few things can be measured.
- Verified links. Of placements made in Q4 2025, 51% passed the live-link check. In Q3 2026 it was 72%. We select platforms more strictly, and the report only includes what is actually on the page.
- Indexing. In Q3 2026 almost every second tier-1 and tier-2 post (46%) made it into Google's index, as confirmed by Rapid checks and site: monitoring.
- Platforms. 23 active platforms are in rotation right now, with an average Domain Rating of 80. Platforms that index poorly automatically drop down in selection.
- Search results. Across projects with Search Console connected, 56% of promoted pages improved their position, by 16 places on average, and two thirds of projects with a launch are currently in a growth phase according to Pulse. That is an observation, not a guarantee: many factors affect rankings, and we openly show the pages that did not grow as well.
See live examples in Case Studies: full reports for the ad network FroggyAds (impressions of promoted pages up 3.2×, clicks up 36%), the news portal Irta-fax and a moving company in Dubai — all published with the owners' consent.
Birthday gifts
PromoPilot birthday week: 4–11 October
- ×2 on a top-up, no limit. We double one top-up for every client: add $1,000 and get another $1,000 as a bonus. It is credited automatically, no code needed.
- A birthday spin of the wheel of fortune and 7 days of Pro are waiting in your account — for everyone with at least one project.
No account yet? Sign up, add your site as a project, and the gifts will unlock.
What's next
Our plans for year two build on what works:
- grow the platform pool, especially for sites in Ukrainian and other languages where the choice is still narrower;
- publish more open client reports — only with consent and only with measured numbers;
- develop SEO Radar and Autopilot so promotion finds the pages that are just short of the top on its own;
- make the mobile apps and the extension a full replacement for the dashboard.
Thank you to everyone who has been with us this year — every launch, chat question and piece of feedback made PromoPilot better. Happy birthday to us!
Figures are PromoPilot platform data as of 4 October 2026: cascades are all promotion launches since October 2025; links are placements that passed the automatic link-presence check; indexed means tier-1 and tier-2 posts confirmed in Google; languages are the languages of sites that cascades were launched for. Ranking figures cover projects with Google Search Console connected.
